1, Application form :
Please read carefully and agree the our terms and conditions before filling out and sending us the application form.

2, Refundable deposit :
A refundable deposit is required for purchasing cars from us, we will provide the member ID to login and search for your suitable cars as soon as we have confirmed a your deposit.

3, Car search :
Please e-mail contact and ask us for estimate after you have found a suitable car in the car data, then we will inform you the all cost of FOB, C&F or CIF to your port.
( * Aucnet car data (over 120,000 cars weekly ) will be provided for our dealer members. )

4, Payment :
When you agreed the estimate cost for the car you asked us, then the amount of the all cost must be remitted and confirmed at our bank before the car is kept and shipped to your port.

5, Shipment :
The your car will be loaded onto the fastest available vessel to your port and the all necessary documents for importing the car into your country will be sent to you as soon as possible.




  1. When you have found the car you want to purchase from stocks or auctions, use the "E-Mail Inquiry" or "Contact" option on the result page to ask for the estimate cost. we will respond to your E-mail contact as soon as possible with the FOB, C&F or CIF price of the car.
  2. The cars in car data are usually sold out quickly. We suggest you to contact and inform us as soon as you have decided to purchase a car in the car data.
  3. As soon as you have remitted the payment for the car at your bank, the copy of remitted details (Remittance receipt) will be required to send us for our quickly next procedures to keep the car and book the fastest available vessel to your port.


  • Being our agent in your country is free of charge, but you must be experienced as one of our member buyers to bid and buy cars at the car auctions and to buy from stock cars in Japan.
  • It is not necessary to buy cars for your car business and not necessary to have significant funds and space for stocking cars. You only need to prepare your online system and fund your own expenses for the local car business.

The iniquity of changing the odometer is also illegal in Japan so is checked on each car by the auction assessor of authorized car auction in Japan.
