Step 1

Car search :

Find any car you want in the auction car data websites and send us your maximum bidding price before 08:00 AM (Japan Time) on the day of the auction.
It is necessary to become one of our members to get ID and passwords to the auction car data websites.

Step 2

Auction :

All exhibited cars at authorized car auctions are inspected and assessed by the auction car assessors. The car you want to purchase will be inspected again by us and bid on up to your maximum bidding price.

Step 3

Result :

When you have won the auction and have purchased the car, the sales invoice will be issued and e-mailed you within 8 hrs. The car will be taken out of the auction house within few days to the loading port in Japan.

Step 4

Payment :

The full payment for the purchased car must be confirmed at our bank. The transaction statement will be sent you and all necessary exporting process for the car to your port will begin as soon as we have confirmed the payment.

Step 5

Shipment :

The fastest available vessel to your port will be booked for the car by us. All necessary documents for importing the car into your country will be sent to you after the car has been loaded onto the vessel.

	When you have found the car you want to purchase from the stock cars, use the "E-Mail Inquiry" option on the stock result page of the stock car website to ask the price. we will respond to your E-mail inquiry as soon as possible with the FOB or C&F your port price of the car. The cars in stock are usually sold out quickly. You may need to become one of our members before you decide to purchase a car from our stock and when you have found and decided to buy a car, make the full payment by T/T bank remittance to our bank as soon as possible. If the car you chose was sold before your payment reaches our bank, we will refund your payment back to your bank (bank charge JPY10,000- required), OR we will find you a suitable car which has a purchase price less than your payment by searching from over 10,000 other stock cars and 150,000 auction cars.


	Being our sub agent is free of charge, but you must be experienced as one of our members to bid and purchase cars at the car auctions in Japan. It is not necessary to buy cars for your car business and not necessary to have significant funds and space for stocking cars. You only need to prepare your online system and fund your own expenses for the local car business. Please ask us for more details on being a sub-agent for the authorized car auctions in Japan.


	Importing Japanese used car to your country, You must take responsibility to confirm the import regulations and car registrations in your country for each car, and advise us exactly what we have to do at our end prior to exporting to you. Import regulations and Car registrations in your country.


	Many Japanese used cars are stolen in Japan and then exported to other countries, but any cars purchased directly from Authorized Japanese car auction are guaranteed and provided with legitimate documentation. The iniquity of changing the odometer is also illegal in Japan so is checked on each car by the auction assessor of authorized car auction.
