Auction bidding terms

Please click the "Agree" button down below when you have agreed to the following Auction bidding terms.

1 Your bidding price must be the Actual car price at auction and which does NOT include any other charges to make the Auction price, FOB, or C&F. ( If you insist on using the FOB, C&F or CIF price, then this requirement must be filled out in the requirement space of the bidding form. )
2 You can NOT cancel the car after you have won the auction (You have purchased car). So please be sure to check the
Auction site, auction (Lot) number, Model name and Your bidding price before you send us the bidding form.
3
You must take responsibility to choose the cars you bid on and confirm the car details (Car performances, equipments) at the auction car data websites before you send us the bidding form. If you are UNABLE to confirm the car details that you wish to require,  Please describe in the requirements space on the bidding form and send to us with your bidding price. (eg. must be Diesel, must be Turbo, must be 10 seaters, must be over 15 years old car, so on)
4
When we examine the car and judge that it is not in good condition, does not meet your requirements or your bidding price is too low to win in our final decision, we will not bid on, nor purchase the car, unless you insist that we do so.
5
You may need up to JPY30,000 ( no response up to JPY35,000) flexibility in your maximum bidding price to ensure your bid is successful. You can request and increase the flexible prices for being more possibility to win the auction.
6
Your bidding price and information are only through from our bidding form and sent to us before 08:00 am (Japan Standard Time) on the day of the auction. We cannot guarantee the bidding on the car if your bid is received after 08:00 am.
7
You can cancel or change your bidding only through from our bidding form before 08:00 am ( Japan Standard Time) on the day of the auction.
8 We will try to contact you to make the final decision if we are in doubt as to whether or not to bid and there is still time to do so. If however there is no time or no response from you, we usually make our own decision of not bidding on the car.
9 The business process of bidding and purchasing cars directly from auctions moves very quickly and time is limited. Checking e-mail once a day or the response to our e-mail is therefore a requirement during the trying to purchase cars at auction.
10 We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your bidding is successful however we do not take any responsibility for any failed bids for reasons such as your price being too low to win even if suggested by us, there is insufficient time to bid on the auction, missing the bidding time, and so on.
