Japanese car exporter who supports customers to buy cheap used cars quickly at car auctions.




  1. Terms and Conditions > Please be careful to confirm the trading terms and conditions before filling out and sending us the application form for registration to buy cars.
  2. Refundable Deposit > A refundable deposit is also required for a registration. Only one deposit allows you to buy as many cars as you like and it can be deducted from your purchased car cost whenever you require.
  3. ID and Password > As soon as we have confirmed a your deposit we will issue your ID and Passwords to login to daily data website and also provide a statement with the deposit receipt and future transactions.

A,  Payment
  1. Your payment for any car purchased must be confirmed before the car is shipped to your port except in the situation where you are a special dealer who has a payment contract with us. The due date will be indicated on the sales invoice.
  2. The total amount of the sales invoice must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) or US dollar (USD) by T/T bank remittance when you have purchased the car from auction or stock. Irrevocable L/C at sight will be also accepted, but payment by credit card is not accepted.
  3. If your payment has not been paid after you have purchased a car from us, Your deposit will not be re-funded and the your registration will be cancelled.
B,  Refundable Deposit
  1. Only one deposit allows you to purchase as many cars as you want if a payment is cleared. The deposit amount is 10% of your average bidding price or car price, but a minimum of JPY100,000- will be required.
  2. Your deposit is refundable but we will charge you a refund fee JPY20,000- in all cases for the bank fee associated with the refund process. The refund fee will be deducted from the deposit amount.
  3. Your full deposit amount can be deducted from the total invoice amount in sales invoice whenever you have purchased a car from auction or stock car and then you can remit the balance payment to us for the purchased car.
C,  Charge
  1. Our commission : The fee for us may be varied depending on the number of the cars purchased in one month.

    6 cars to 10 cars JPY50,000-
    11 cars to 20 cars JPY40,000-
    21 cars or more JPY30,000-
  2. Trading price basis :
    FOB Japan price All costs until the car is loaded onto a ship at our port.
    C&F your port price All costs until the car reaches your port.
    CIF your port price
    		 All costs until the car reaches your port with Insurance.

D,  Passwords
  1. You must carefully manage the ID numbers and passwords provided by us for security reasons, and do not allow any other person to use your account.
  2. If you have abused or amended websites with any of the passwords for the auction car data websites we have provided, we will claim damages from you and your registration will be cancelled.
E,  Cancellation
  1. You can cancel or change your bidding only by using our bidding form before 08:00 A.M. (Japan Time) on the day of the auction.
  2. You can NOT cancel after you have won the auction (you have purchased the car). However, after you have made full payment for the car, you can exhibit and sell the car at auction ( re-auction ) again after paying the appropriate charges.
F,  Claims
  1. We will load your car onto the vessel in the same condition it was in when bid on at auction and will accept only the following claims.
  2. In the case of CIF or C&I, we accept any claims if the car is damaged en route from the auction house to your port.
  3. In the case of FOB or C&F, we accept any claims for damage until the car is loaded onto the vessel at our port.
  4. However, Claims are not accepted when the car is damaged by a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tidal wave(tsunami), etc. while the car is at our port storage.
G,  Responsibility
  1. You must take responsibility to confirm the import regulations and car registrations in your country for each car, and advise us exactly what we have to do at our end prior to exporting to you. Import regulations and Car registrations in your country.
  2. You must take responsibility for all auction car data and any dealer information which you have obtained from the auction car data websites and our website. You are not supposed to share this auction or dealer information with any other third party. If you do so and there is subsequent legal complaint, you must acknowledge our right to claim all damages from you.
  3. The business process of bidding and purchasing cars directly from live auto auctions moves very quickly and time is limited. Online contact (e-mail) via the internet and checking e-mail once a day is therefore a requirement and is your responsibility during the process of trying to purchase cars at auction.
  4. We must take responsibility to book the fastest available vessel and ship the car to your port after we have confirmed your full payment for the car.
  5. We must load your car onto the vessel in the same condition it was in when bid on at auction.
